Current macros: 90g+ fats, 425g+ carbs, 200g+ protein. I usually eat more than that, but these are my minimum guidelines. I eat a lot whole foods as well as steak cut fries, pancakes, and pop tarts. Also, 4 servings of fruits and veggies daily.
I am starting a new 4 day per week training program tomorrow since I need to grow more and I love working out, even after almost 15 months straight of lifting.
