This was pretty much how my week was going. Still hit fiber, calcium, protein, and other vitamin and mineral goals each day, but my laziness is catching up with me. I need to prep more meals to save money tbh. 

The strength gains are coming along nicely though and I’m still at 187 so it’s not really affecting me fitness wise. What am I complaining about again? Anyways, check out my site which goes over how to eat some of this kind of stuff daily and not lose progress. [Video] Dat face tho. 👍

Wrecked arms today with these straight bar curls and dumbbell skull crushers. Also did standing supinating dumbbell curls, EZ bar cable preacher curls, reverse grip bench, and dumbbell TRICEP extensions. 3 sets each, increasing intensity for more gains! 💪

[Video] How to NOT do tricep cable press downs. Not even sure what I’m doing here. So much shoulder action, it just might be a back movement lol

However, the activation was still there every single rep and my tris are still pumped from these 4 sets of 12.

[Video] I’m starting to dislike sumo for some reason. Could be that I have no real strength on it but not sure. 2 sets of 3 at 245, same as conventional and deficits. Also, no idea what that weird sound was on rep 1 lol
